Delivery date:
Delivery time is approximately 10-12 business days, this may change depending on the number of concurrent orders. The delivery time starts from the date of the order confirmation. Confirmation of the order in the case of payment by card or by bank transfer, occurs when processing the payment and confirmation that the payment was registered in the account Diana Caramaci SRL-D.
Return policy:
According to OUG 34/2014 on consumer rights, the customer has the right to notify the trader in writing that he wishes to relinquish the order, without penalties and without indicating a reason, the customer must return the order within 14 days from receiving the products, only if the products were not made to the size of the customer or for a custom order.
Products made to the size of the customer or for a custom order cannot be returned. Also, the items bought from the Diana Caramaci Showroom are not considered long distance trade according to law 51/2003 and therefore cannot be returned.
Terms of return:
The return has to be notified by e-mail and the item must be delivered to the office alongside the return document received by email within 14 days from receiving the order. To receive the return document, please contact us at office@dianacaramaci.ro.
- The items can be returned only if they are in their original state, they do not show any damage due to use, if they are accompanied by the original packaging, as well as the return document.
- For the return, please contact us by e-mail, to receive the necessary documents, in which you must fill in the information for your refund (24-character IBAN code, bank, CNP).
- Please contact your chosen courier service for the return and deliver the item to our headquarters. Costs for the return shipping are supported by the customer and will not be refunded in the final payment.
Maximum 48h money refund:
Once the package with the returned items has arrived, www.dianacaramaci.ro must refund the value of the items within 48 hours from the validation of the return. The refunded sum does not include the return delivery taxes. Validation of the return is processed after the returned item has been verified and confirmed to be in its original condition. The validation can take up to 48 hours.
