Intro

The following terms and conditions (the content of this page) apply and are mandatory for all persons accessing, browsing, indexing or in any way using the dianacaramaci.ro page. Visiting or navigating this site means full and unconditional acceptance of the terms and conditions below.

The content of this page can be modified without prior notice, it is the duty of each user to check this page frequently.

Availability of products

All the products displayed on the site have the availability status mentioned in their page. Those that have the out of stock status are not available on the site, but can be available on order. Please contact us to find out more details about the order. If you have ordered a product from the site and it is no longer available, we will notify you by phone as soon as possible. The products are made according to the measurement table displayed in the section “Size guide”. All the changes requested for the product regarding dimensions that are not found according to the sizes in the table, are considered to be made to order, and thus the product can’t be returned.

Payment methods:

– Online with a bank card through EuPlatesc (Visa/Maestro/MasterCard)

If you choose the online with a bank card it is necessary to fill out a form with the card information in the secure page of the payment processor.

Debit/Credit card payments issued under the Visa and MasterCard logo (Visa / Visa Electron and MasterCard / Maestro) are made through the “3-D Secure” system developed by organizations that ensure the same level of security as online transactions. at the ATM or in the physical environment, at the merchant.

First of all, “3-D Secure” ensures that no information related to your card is transferred or stored, at any time, on the store’s servers or on the payment processor’s servers, the data being directly entered into the Visa and MasterCard servers.

– By payment order (bank transfer)

Bank transfer in the account of the company ATELIER DIANA CARAMACI SRL-D. In case of payment of the invoice by PO, the bank commissions related to the transfer are the responsibility of the payer.

– Cash on delivery

For the products customized or made to order, on your measures, paid with cash on delivery, you will be requested a 30% payment in advance, the amount will be payed when placing the order by bank transfer.

Terms of delivery

Our products are delivered by partners which Diana Caramaci contracts or by our own methods. If you notice any irregularities regarding the appearance of the package received at the delivery, please contact us immediately.

Delivery rates

Shipping within the Romanian borders is free.

The products can also be delivered internationally. Delivery costs will be found in the total payment, after entering the delivery destination. Customs taxes and clearance are in the duty of the buyer. There are no customs taxes and formalities within the EU countries.

Delivery date:

Delivery time is approximately 10-12 business days, this may change depending on the number of concurrent orders. The delivery time starts the next day after the order confirmation. Confirmation of the order in the case of payment by card or by bank transfer, occurs when processing the payment and confirmation that the payment was registered in the account Atelier Diana Caramaci SRL-D.

Price policy

Prices are set when the products are displayed on the site and include VAT, the price can be changed if the discount policy is applied or if there are major foreign exchange currency fluctuations. All prices are displayed in RON. We reserve the right to change the prices over time.

Return policy:

According to OUG 34/2014 on consumer rights, the customer has the right to notify the trader in writing that he wishes to relinquish the order, without penalties and without indicating a reason, the customer must return the order within 14 days from receiving the products, only if the products were not made to the size of the customer or for a custom order.

Products were not made to the size of the customer or for a custom order cannot be returned. Also, the items bought from the Diana Caramaci Showroom are not considered long distance trade according to law 51/2003 and therefore cannot be returned.

Terms of return:

The return has to be notified by e-mail and the item must be delivered to the office alongside the return document received by email within 14 days from receiving the order. To receive the return document, please contact us at office@dianacaramaci.ro.

  • The items can be returned only if they are in their original state, they do not show any damage due to use, if they are accompanied by the original packaging, as well as the return document.
  • For the return, please contact us by e-mail, to receive the necessary documents, in which you must fill in the information for your refund (24-character IBAN code, bank, CNP/social security number).
  • Please contact your chosen courier service for the return and deliver the item to our headquarters. Costs for the return shipping are supported by the customer and will not be refunded in the final payment.

Maximum 48h money refund:

Once the package with the returned items has arrived, www.dianacaramaci.ro must refund the value of the items within 48 hours from the validation of the return. The refunded sum does not include the return delivery taxes. Validation of the return is processed after the returned item has been verified and confirmed to be in its original condition. The validation can take up to 48 hours.

Vital information

All products are thoroughly checked for quality problems or defects before being sent to the customer.

Although we try to provide an accurate image regarding the colors of the products, the varied range of computer monitors makes it possible for some colors to be slightly different from the original ones. That is why guaranteeing that the monitor displays 100% of the real color cannot be made by dianacaramaci.ro.

We ask to be notified about any noncompliance of the products.

According to law 51/2003, the items bought from the Diana Caramaci Showroom are not considered long distance trade and therefore cannot be returned.

Our company assumes no responsibility for handling, transport for return, nor does it accept the return of products that have defective results from these causes.

  2. www.dianacaramaci.ro will protect the confidentiality of the personal data for its clients.
  3. The entire content of the site dianacaramaci.ro is the property of ATELIER DIANA CARAMACI SRL-D, its copying or reproduction without the agreement of ATELIER DIANA CARAMACI SRL-D is prohibited according to the law. All published materials (including, but not limited to, articles, information, photos, data, audio / video clips – generically referred to as content) are protected by the legal provisions of law no. 8/1996, as subsequently amended and supplemented – regarding the copyright and related rights, Law no. 84/1998 – regarding trademarks and geographical indications and Law no. 129/1992, republished – regarding industrial designs. The lack of mention regarding some legal texts or incidental provisions does not lead to their inapplicability.
  4. The Site and the Content are protected by the Copyright Law in Romania, as well as by the copyright provisions applicable in territories other than Romania. You may not copy, store, modify or transfer, in part or the entire site and / or Content. The exploitation is free, under the condition of non-commerciality and compliance with the terms imposed by ATELIER DIANA CARAMACI SRL-D
  5. Any form of copying, storing, modifying and / or transmitting the Content is strictly forbidden, without the prior written consent of ATELIER DIANA CARAMACI SRL-D.
  6. ATELIER DIANA CARAMACI SRL-D is not responsible for any damages, existing disputes, born or arising in connection with / from copying, storing, modifying or transferring the whole or part of the Content in any circumstances.

Copying, replicating, compilating, distribution, publishing, posting, modifying, creation of components or complete derivative products or services, as well as any means of exploiting the content of the www.dianacaramaci.ro site, except for the display on the screen of a personal computer, is prohibited.   9. In the eventuality of a product being displayed at an incorrect price due to typographical, informational, technical errors, etc., dianacaramaci.ro reserves the right to refuse / cancel any order for that product and will promptly correct / eliminate that mistake.
